Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will be denied. However, your order can be returned for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays or sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days. Shipments occur the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site include GST in AUD. However, you may be liable for additional duties and taxes upon delivery, determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs. What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you have received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the items, and all related references. We will work to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For credit or debit card payments, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received or the cancellation request is approved.
